Dr. Helena Klinger completed her law studies in Berlin and Frankfurt an der Oder. In 2015 she received her doctorate in law from the University of Bremen. Her dissertation focused on the interrelation between business and corporate ethical standards and legal ethical principles of credit law. In recent years, she has worked as a research assistant and legal advisor at the University of Hamburg and the iff, and as a legal advisor at Haus & Grund Germany. Currently, she is responsible at iff for the evaluation of developments in the field of credit assessment for real estate consumer loan agreements. Her focus is on civil law (especially real estate law), business law, banking law and ethics.
